Album recorded by the American trombonist Frank Rosolino for “Jazz in Comparison” series published by the Horo label of the Sicilian producer Aldo Sinesio. The album was recorded in May 1973 at the Junior Studios in Rome.

Trombonist Frank Rosolino, former member of Stan Kenton's Orchestra, took part in a concert with the Rai Light Music Orchestra in Rome in the early seventies. In the same period, he was called by the producer ofHorus label, Aldo Sinesio, for the recording of the album “Jazz a Confronto 4”. The trombonist also participates in the recording session Marcello Rosa, an important exponent of Italian jazz, with the song “Toledo

The entire material recorded on analogue support was digitized and restored by the sound engineers of the Saint Louis College of Music in Rome under the supervision of Paolo Marra, curator of the Jazz Archive in Rome.
