The disc Live in Japan contains excerpts from the series of concerts given by the trio Pieranunzi-Johnson-Baron on 18, 19, 23, 24, 25 March 2004 at the Asahi Tall Arena Hall in Tokyo and at the Aka-Renga Hall in Yokohama in Japan.

The live recordings, the first in Japan by the Roman pianist, include three long improvisations, Impronippo, Improleaves, Improminor, original pieces signed by Enrico Pieranunzi, except Broken Time by Baron, with the addition of four compositions by Maestro Ennio Morricone: Musashi and New Cinema Paradiso, arranging especially for the Japanese tour, e My dear Dr. Gräsler and Plebeian nymph, taken from the previous two albums Play Morricone 1 e 2.
