Article by Gino Castaldo which appeared in the newspaper “La Repubblica” regarding the concert at Saint Louis College of Music of Rome of the Big Band “Grande Elenco Musicisti” directed by Tommaso Vittorini.

The composer Tommaso Vittorini directed two "bands" in the second half of the Seventies: the itinerant band of the Popular School of Music of Testaccio and the Grande Elenco Musicisti, a real Big Band made up of 15 elements chosen from among the best instrumentalists of the Roman jazz scene: Rita Marcotulli, Giancarlo Schiaffini, Massimo Urbani, Antonello Salis, Roberto Gatto, Eugenio Colombo and others.
