Second cycle Academic Diploma (Master level)
The second cycle academic diploma on Composition and Film & TV Scoring courses are built around each student, for the development of the own artistic personality, aimed at original artistic productions both for recording productions and concerts, written and directed by the trainee.
Each trainee will conduct an orchestra of 40 elements each year for the recording of the own soundtracks and will create soundtracks for short films, films, advertisements and multimedia products, developing the own personal style.

Integrated audiovisual composition
Creative laboratory of compositional experimentation on theatrical scenes, video games, commercials, film sequences
Writing music for images
Specialization in contemporary styles and languages in film and television production
Virtual orchestration and music production
Orchestration with virtual instruments of famous orchestral scores, with articulations and effects in order to obtain a professional orchestral sound all in the box
Composition
Each trainee student will have 34 hours of one-to-one classes and will be allowed to choose whether to attend them with one or two teachers each year, specializing in specific areas of composition in agreement with the teacher/teachers.
- Public competitions for music teaching (upon reaching the 24 university or academic credits in anthropo-psycho-pedagogical disciplines and in teaching methodologies and technologies)
Since 2012 Saint Louis has participated in the Erasmus + program, which offers the possibility to every student of Academic level to live periods of mobility in other European and Extra-European Higher Education Institutes for study or internship projects.
Each student can therefore benefit of a maximum of 12 months of study or internship abroad for each study cycle (12 months max in the three-year first cycle, 12 months max in the two-year second cycle of academic studies), choosing one's destination among a wide and excellent offer of foreign partners that Saint Louis has established and consolidated over time.

ORDINARY ATTENDANCE
Lessons/Lectures every fifteen days held in two consecutive days
PART-TIME ATTENDANCE
The student will be able to choose which and how many subjects to attend each year, scheduled with fortnightly cadence. The part-time frequency involves an extension of the study path, which will therefore have a duration over two years according to the student's needs.

It is possible to submit an application for participation at the admission exam to I and II cycle academic courses from the 3rd of February to the 30th of April. Subsequent applications will only be considered on the basis of the remaining places available.
