Biography

Andrea Rosatelli born in Rieti in 1976, starts playing the bass at the age of 11.
After studying Jazz at Saint Louis in Rome, where he graduated in double bass and also in electric bass, afterwards he began an intense activity as a side man in different formations experimenting with many musical genres, from Jazz to Pop, from Latin to Funky.
After his first experiences on TV (Uno Mattina Estate RAI1 1996), in orchestra (M ° Pregadio tour 1996 - 1998), in studio and live, he arrives at very important collaborations in Italian pop music including: Gianni Morandi - Patty Pravo - Mario Biondi - Andrea Bocelli - Tullio De Piscopo - Loredana Bertè - Nek - Simone Cristicchi - Michele Zarrillo - Chiara Civello - Paola Turci - Povia - Valeria Rossi - Giò Di Tonno and Lola Ponce - Gigi Finizio - Manuela Villa - Carlotta - Straga '- Mauro Di Maggio - Pier Cortese - Federico Salvatore - Simona Bencini - Mp2 and many others.
Also fundamental was the collaboration with Massimo Varini and Valter Sacripanti, with whom a record, a live DVD and many concerts and seminars were brought to live and carried throughout Italy.
Some of the most important masters, including Pippo Caruso – Beppe Vessicchio – Marco Sabiu – Fio Zanotti– Andrea Guerra – Massimo Nunzi – Salvatore Mufale – Roberto Pregadio – Franco Piersanti, have featured his collaboration in several soundtracks and television broadcasts.
Andrea Rosatelli in recent years has also been involved in teaching, collaborating with the most prestigious music schools in Italy for courses and seminars. His ten-year experience in teaching materialized with the publication of the "Bass Manual Vol.1 and Vol.2" and "Il Quaderno del bassista", published by Carisch, first in the sector's sales charts for some time.
