Margherita Flore

Margherita Flore consegue il Diploma di piano nel 2011 presso il conservatorio A.Vivaldi ad Alessandria, dopo un percorso di studi privati con il M° Cinzia Bartoli. Negli anni precedenti vince numerosi concorsi strumentali tra cui il Concorso vocale e strumentale ANEMOS di Roma rientrando sempre tra i primi posti, frequenta l’Arts Academy dove studia armonia con il M°Claudio Perugini e segue la Masterclass annuale di Roberto Cappella in pianoforte. Partecipa a numerosi festival pianistici, suonando sia da solista che in formazioni cameristiche.

In 2010, she entered Saint Louis College of Music at the jazz piano course with M° Pierpaolo Principato and composition of film music with the Masters Gianluca Podio, Ferdinando Nazzaro, Adriano Melchiorre and Alessandro Cusatelli. She collaborated with the double bass player Paolo Benelli in the creation of an album containing Dragonetti's Solos for piano and double bass, broadcast on Radio Vaticana and Radio 3.

She participated in the composition of several soundtracks, including the documentary "Il Coraggio dell’Europa (The Courage of Europe)" in 2012 and "Un Viaggio senza te (A trip without you)" (short film directed by Marco Gallo) as a pianist, playing the music composed by Makay in the recording studio Forum Music Village. She also participated in Masterclass in Composition of Film Music with Nicola Piovani at Saint Louis College of Music, with Christopher Young at Hollywood Music, Vincent Mendoza and in Music for Video Games with David Logan.

At the same time, she collaborated with the internationally renowned Contratenor Flavio Olivier as an accompanying pianist. In 2015, she participated in the charity project "Musica per le tue Parole" composing string orchestra pieces with reciting voice taken from "I Promessi Sposi" and "La Coscienza di Zeno" with the Orchestra dei giovani filarmonici pontini of the M° Stefania Cimino, collaborating as orchestrator and arranger.

She holds the teaching spot of "Laboratory of Applied Music" in the context of school-work alternation at the Alessandro Manzoni State High School in Latina. She participated with Saint Louis College of Music in several concerts at the Auditorium Parco della Musica conducting her own compositions for orchestra.

Nel 2016 forma i Flowing Chords, coro pop a cappella di cui cura la direzione e gli arrangiamenti vocali, con cui ha registrato nel 2018 – in cooproduzione con il Saint Louis – il loro primo EP con Eugenio Vatta. Tra le collaborazioni del coro si annoverano artisti come Davide Shorty, Ainè, Dumbo Station, Aco – Adriano Meliffi ed altri gruppi della scena musicale romana.

In 2017, she graduated in Film Music Composition at the Saint Louis College of Music, participating as a keyboardist in the Mediaset program "Bring the Noise" with Kutso.

Collabora come assistente nell’Orchestra Pop del SLMC di Vincenzo Presta nella realizzazione di alcuni arrangiamenti del concerto al Teatro Eliseo di Antonella Ruggiero e di Antonella De Grossi nel tributo a My Martini.

She carried the production and arrangement of the a cappella overture of "Capitano Calamaio", staged at the Sistine Theater in 2018. She also collaborated with the record label "Cantieri sonori" as an arranger and orchestrator.
