How to start the financing/funding practice?
The request for a funding practice must be forwarded to the financial Compass through the staff of the Didactic Office within the deadline indicated on the registration contract.

  • STEP 1: fill out the form at the bottom of this page. Before proceeding with the compilation it is necessary to DOWNLOAD THE PRIVACY DOCUMENT, fill in and sign the parts marked in yellow and scan the document.
  • STEP 2: Once the form is filled out, it's requested to make telephone appointment to proceed with the digital signature. The link to make the reservation will arive at the e-mail address specified in the form. If you don't find it in your inbox check the spam or log in directly from here and select "Avvio pratiche di finanziamento (Start financing practices)"
  • FINAL STEP The chosen operator will contact you by phone and within a few minutes you can proceed with the digital signature, for which you will need to have the mobile number entered in the form available, since it will arrive via sms a temporary code for signing the contract.

Before filling out the form:
Warning: The form must be completed directly by the applicant for the financing/funding in person (ex. a legal guardian or supervisor for the student).
Before filling out the form, make sure you have the scan of the following documents available:

  1. Privacy Policy, duly completed and signed
  2. Identification document (ID card, passport or ministerial booklet; driver's license can be used as an identification document only if it has the current residential address on it and is signed); provide front and back copies of the chosen document in 2 separate files
  3. Health insurance card or social security number - front and back copy in 2 separate files -
  4. Income tax return, specifically: -for the employee, last pay slip -for the self-employed, tax return for the previous year with on-line lodgment (or commitment to on-line lodgment) -for the pensioner, pension coupon

How do I send double-sided (front-back) documents?

You can send up to two documents for each upload key by selecting 2 files at the same time. To do this, hold down the Ctrl key on Windows or Cmd on Mac

In what format should files be sent? Can I send photos taken with my smartphone?

You can send files in image or pdf format. You can also take a picture with your smartphone (in this case make sure the file is readable)
