The undersigned declares to have read the selection notice published in Saint Louis in relation to ERASMUS + teacher mobility for the current academic year. He also declares to accept the general conditions dictated by the European Community governing the mobility of teachers and undertakes to sign, with the management of Saint Louis, a contract containing the provisions of mutual commitment for the purposes of carrying out the initiative. I, the undersigned, authorize the processing of my personal data, in accordance with the provisions of law 675/96 and subsequent amendments, for the needs strictly connected to the organization of the ERASMUS + program.
