Value of Culture Law Decree

1. In compliance with the provisions of the Decree Law of Valore Cultura (8 August 2013 n. 91), converted with Law 7 October 2013 n. 112 which states in art. 9 paragraphs 2 and 3:
2. Performing bodies and organizations, financed from the Single Show Fund referred to in the law of 30 April 1985, n. 163, or pursuant to the law of 23 December 1996, n. 662, and subsequent amendments, publish and update the following information relating to the holders of top administrative and artistic positions and managerial positions, conferred for any reason, as well as collaboration or consultancy:
   a) the details of the deed of assignment;
   b) he curriculum vitae;
   c) remuneration, however denominated, relating to the employment, consultancy or collaboration relationship.
3. The information referred to in paragraph 2 is published by the bodies and organizations by January 31 of each year and in any case updated even subsequently. No sums may be paid to the aforementioned subjects for any reason until the fulfillment or update is notified.

The following information is published relating to the leaders of the Cultural Association Centro Studi Saint Louis - Italian jazz on the road:

• Stefano Mastruzzi - President - position conferred since the establishment of the Saint Louis Study Center Association on 24/05/2013. | Italian jazz on the road. For this role, Maestro Stefano Mastruzzi did not receive any compensation. His emoluments derive from the activity of Director of the Saint Louis Music center srl - Institution AFAM Authorized by the Miur to issue 1st and 2nd level diplomas in the music field - curriculum attached
• Stefano Mastruzzi - artistic director - since the establishment of the Saint Louis Study Center Association on 24/05/2013. For this role, Maestro Mastruzzi has not received any remuneration from the date of incorporation to today. His emoluments derive from the activity of Director of the Saint Louis Music center srl - AFAM institution Authorized by the Ministry of Education to issue 1st and 2nd level diplomas in the music field
• Chiara Damato - board of directors - since the constitution on 24/05/2013. Ms Damato does not receive any remuneration for this role. Her emoluments derive from the secretarial activity carried out indefinitely at the Saint Louis Music Center srl. (Download the curriculum)
