Giampaolo Rosselli bio
Holds a decade of experience in the music field. After graduating from the "Academy of Music Criticism" with teachers of the caliber of Assante and Castaldo and Gianfranco Salvatore, he began his experience in "BMG Ricords" working on the album "Tre Parole" by Valeria Rossi.
Within the artistic office of BMG he works with many great artists such as Lucio Dalla, Antonello Venditti, Giorgia, Luca Carboni, Gigi D'Alessio, and emerging artists such as Le Vibrazioni, il Nucleo, and special projects for the unpublished Works by Lucio Battisti and Mia Martini. After merging with Sony, he continued his work as a talent scout and consultant to the Sony BMG art office until 2009.
In these years in addition to working with the artists mentioned above, he also worked with Simone Cristicchi, Sonhora, Luca Dirisio, with the cult singer-songwriter Enzo Carella and with Pasquale Panella, in the same year he began working as a freelancer for other majors producing "Le Mani e Son" for Universal Music Italy.
In the meantime, his work as a music juror and teacher of Rock Music History thickens. He worked in the major Italian festivals such as the Tour Music Fest, Sanremo Rock, Fabrizio De Andrè Award, Emergenza Festival, Sim La Sapienza University, and he was also a panelist of Usong.it.
For years he has also been a consultant for one of the major Music Provider Radio Instare companies. He is currently the General Manager of YPK Entertainment, a company that manages catalogs for TV and cinema sound systems, is a consultant for Pirames International, the most important Italian company in the digital audiovisual market, and consultant for the Spaghetti catalog of the historic music producer Alessandro Colombini (Venditti, From, Ron, PFM, Decibel) and JE consultant Leading company in the Dance market.
