Masterclass di MIKE STERN

During the workshop, Mike Stern will interact with 10 students of the Saint Louis (selected among the registered people), playing with them and giving personalized suggestions and advice regarding what they heard during their performance.
The event will take place in front of a wider audience of listeners, who, while not playing with Mike, will still be able to intervene by asking questions. Standards in Funk, Jazz and Blues will be tackled, with different levels of difficulty.

Mike Stern is one of the most respected electric guitarists of his generation with a forty-year career behind him.
Ha collaborato con Blood, Sweat & Tears, Billy Cobham, Miles Davis, Jaco Pastorius, i Brecker Brothers e Joe Henderson, John Patitucci, Jack De Johnette, MIchael Brecker. Ha al suo attivo molte registrazioni come leader (sei delle quali sono state nominate per il Grammy Awards). Un solista elettrizzante il cui fraseggio combina la potenza dello stile rock-fusion con sofisticate armonie jazz e una innata vena blues.
