Special Guest festival 2018 edition
The Special Guest Festival is a creative project born from the collaboration between the Teatro Eliseo and Saint Louis College of Music that involves internationally renowned artists and an extraordinary team of young artists, musicians, arrangers, singers and sound engineers. The second edition of "Special Guest" includes three great concerts that will bring on the stage of the Eliseo: Paolo Fresu, Fabrizio Bosso, Serena Brancale, Javier Girotto and Martin Bruhn as special guests of three youthful formations born inside Saint Louis and directed by Antonio Solimene, Michele Papadia and Natalio Mangalavite.

Paolo Fresu in concert with the Saint Louis Ensemble directed by Antonio Solimene for "Special Guest" 2018 inaugurates the second edition of the Festival. The famous jazz trumpeter will perform his original pieces arranged by Luigi Giannatempo for a wide orchestral organic.

Soul Train R-Evolution, a formation of over 20 musicians whose repertoire is focused on 'Black Music', making the tradition of Soul, Funk, Jazz and African music coexist, with elements of NeoSoul, Gospel, HipHop, Fusion and electronic music, for its first live performance will accompany two exceptional special guests: Fabrizio Bosso and Serena Brancale, in an evening of groove.

Javier Girotto and Martìn Bruhn guests of the Latin Luis Combo, dedicated to the free world of Latin-jazz contaminations, directed by pianist Natalio Mangalavite. A large ensemble on the stage of the Teatro Eliseo to present an experimental project that combines jazz with Latin rhythms and languages.
